This person will also act as a liaison between Divisions and Marketing and Sales while managing shopper marketing creative campaigns, all corporate digital asset creatives, in store signage and catering. The position requires flexible hours, knowledge of retail advertising, attention to detail and knowledge of print advertising.

The Corporate Account Representative is also responsible for managing all aspects of advertising for ShopRite Beverage groups and Divisions. As the liaison between the ShopRite Beverages corporate staff and the retail ShopRite Wines & Spirit stores, the Corporate Account Representative will be responsible for all aspects of advertising and merchandising as well as attending Committee meetings.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be extremely organized have exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. This person needs strong communication skills as you are dealing directly with ShopRite Members, ShopRite Beverage Members and Divisions. Knowledge of Print, Production, Proofreading along with creative abilities are a must.

Core Functions / Minimum Requirements:

  • Coordinate with art dept., production and vendors on production of weekly ad tags and signs
  • Work with Marketing & Sales, art directors on production of weekly specials eblasts, digital deals and display ads
  • Manage corporate and divisional creative requests, briefs and campaigns on Monday.com with strict adherence to due dates, specs and file requirements. Then trafficking creative files to requestor for review and delivery of approved files to vendors. Making sure billable jobs are processed and sent for billing.
  • Manage all aspects of advertising for ShopRite Beverage, including print ads, circular inserts and digital ads. Plus attend all Liquor Committee/Workgroup meetings.
  • Work with video production team, Marketing & Sales and Media team on production of broadcast TV creative and trafficking.
  • Handle divisional requests for promotional sign kits and coordinate distribution with sign vendor to ShopRite stores.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent Proofreading and Communication skills
  • Very Organized
  • Problem solving skills and excellent follow through
  • Layouts and creative abilities, copywriting preferred
  • Four year college degree with specialization in advertising or marketing
  • 3-5 years of advertising experience
  • Working knowledge of retail advertising and production.
  • Outstanding communication skills including presentation and negotiation experience.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills with an ability to motivate others and to coordinate multiple merchandising/marketing and advertising activities.
  • Previous retail advertising experience, including ability to direct Advertising Department in coordinating store ad layouts, as well as experience with ad production practices.
  • Well-developed PC skills with working knowledge of software/hardware applications (MS/Office mandatory): Power Point and Excel skills a strong plus. Must be innovative self-starter who can coordinate multiple activities.
