This role provides critical administrative support to the Human Resources function at Cascade General. As an HR Support Lead, you will partner with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and activities. Your expertise in coordinating staff coverage, staff function alignment, project completion, metric monitoring, and department goal support will be invaluable to our organization.

Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, work assignments, and staffing reports using Kronos Human Resources/Payroll system; providing expert knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and company policies; training, mentoring, and assisting HR Support staff; executing special projects involving data analysis, audits, reports, and testing; safeguarding work instructions; processing staffing requests; collaborating with Human Resources to arrange selection processes; assisting employees with timecard and timekeeping instructions; and performing related administrative duties.
