Human Capital Enterprises is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Strategist to lead our human resources function. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead human resources and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborate with the Owner to establish and implement firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources.
  4. Manage the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of human resources and talent management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
