About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Temporary Human Resources Staff member to join our team at Central City Concern. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for administering leaves of absence, including FMLA/OFLA and Paid Leave Oregon, as well as managing Worker's Compensation claims and ADA accommodations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience working with diverse staff and leadership. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and knowledge of computer software, including Windows and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers with timecard coding while employees are on leave.
  • Utilize the Employer-at-Injury Program (EAIP) to include wage subsidy, worksite modification, tools and equipment, and other resources available.
  • Act as a positive, collaborative, and solution-focused member of the HR team.
