The role is very administrative and process-oriented. We prefer someone with HR experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment. These candidates would better understand recruiting in a high-turnover environment.

Temp hourly rate $24 - $30 based on experience.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Recruitment Onboarding

 Manage full-cycle recruitment for all non-exempt positions in collaboration with the management team utilizing

innovative recruitment strategies and practices to attract the best, hire and retain a talented staff

 Distribute, collect, and maintain all performance-related and disciplinary paperwork

 Onboard new employees on the first day including completing forms and a plant tour if necessary

Benefits Administration

 Administer all employee benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k, etc.)

 Assist employees with questions throughout the year regarding all benefit plans

 Coordinate annual open enrollment meetings for all employees

 Responsible for administering COBRA and leave of absence programs following company policies and state and federal guidelines.

Compliance

 Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure site policies, procedures, and reporting comply with Federal, State, and local laws

 Develop and process HRIS reports as necessary

 Prepare health and 401K regulatory compliance filings accurately and timely as required

 Maintain accurately completed and up-to-date employee benefit files

Experience & Qualifications

 An Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required

 3+ years of experience working in an HR role

 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing environment is preferred

 2+ years of comprehensive benefits administration and reporting

 Practical and current knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations

 - ability to read and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required

 Experience with maintaining HRIS systems

 Proficiency in MS Suite
