Recruitment Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all non-exempt positions in collaboration with the management team utilizing
innovative recruitment strategies and practices to attract the best, hire and retain a talented staff
Distribute, collect, and maintain all performance-related and disciplinary paperwork
Onboard new employees on the first day including completing forms and a plant tour if necessary
Benefits Administration
Administer all employee benefit plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k, etc.)
Assist employees with questions throughout the year regarding all benefit plans
Coordinate annual open enrollment meetings for all employees
Responsible for administering COBRA and leave of absence programs following company policies and state and federal guidelines.
Compliance
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure site policies, procedures, and reporting comply with Federal, State, and local laws
Develop and process HRIS reports as necessary
Prepare health and 401K regulatory compliance filings accurately and timely as required
Maintain accurately completed and up-to-date employee benefit files
Experience & Qualifications
An Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required
3+ years of experience working in an HR role
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a manufacturing environment is preferred
2+ years of comprehensive benefits administration and reporting
Practical and current knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- ability to read and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
Experience with maintaining HRIS systems
Proficiency in MS Suite
