Job Summary:

Rowan Appliance Inc., a leading e-commerce company specializing in home and commercial appliances, is looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan and execute paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling marketing materials (graphics, videos, blogs) that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Coordinate and support digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, email lists, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of video and photo editing tools is a plus.
