Job Title: Customer Service and Marketing Specialist - Racing Parts

Location: Irvine, CA (on-site)

Work hour: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

OVERVIEW
Reporting to the sales manager, this position will be assisting performance automotive team, by corresponding customers, updating websites and Social Media page, and organizing parts paperwork and data, and other administrative duties associated to orders. Qualified candidate has a passion for racing/high-performance automotive industry and has a basic graphic design and SNS marketing skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
  • Digital Media: Handle digital photography (products and events), photo editing, and light graphic design.
  • Order Processing: Manage sales orders, conduct inventory checks, and track shipments.
  • Customer Support: Address customer and end-user inquiries about orders and products via phone, email, etc.
    Product Testing: Assist with product test fittings and performance evaluations.
  • Data Management: Maintain application data and part number information.
  • Product Research: Investigate new product development based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Event Attendance: Represent the company at trade shows, car shows, and racing events.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to website maintenance and social media marketing.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Automotive Knowledge: Passionate about automobiles and the racing/high-performance industry.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in customer-facing roles and email correspondence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Additional Skills: Japanese bilingualism and experience in the automotive aftermarket industry are a plus, but not required.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
