Social Media Management and Digital Branding: Manage and update social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media and digital platforms. Promote the firm's values, achievements, and services through strategic social media initiatives. Financial Representative Support: Collaborate with financial representatives to understand their marketing needs and gather insights to create targeted marketing campaigns. Provide marketing resources and guidance to financial representatives to ensure brand consistency. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Basic Administrative Duties: Perform essential office administrative tasks as required. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on social media management preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and marketing design software. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is an advantage. Creative mindset with a passion for brand development and storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Requirements : Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in marketing. Must be comfortable with innovation and high-energy environments. Marketing experience preferred. Compensation : The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
