What You’ll Be Doing:

Put your passion where it meets purpose We are looking for an Associate Director, Partner Operations that embodies deep relationships, serves as a trusted advisor, and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit to help build our Partner Operations function. You will work directly with key Evolent clients with responsibility for overall client success.

  1. Position the assigned book of business strategically to achieve objectives, including relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals.
  2. Cultivate productive, trusted relationships with key executives – including C-level and both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Serve as a consultative partner, helping to identify opportunities for growth within health plan specialty management and Evolent.
  4. Utilize data-driven resources to run efficient/effective meetings and work sessions with the client and all relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  5. Possess working knowledge of Evolent products and services and can articulate the value proposition for all at a high level.
  6. Develop best-in-class presentation strategy, narratives, and content to support external meetings with senior stakeholders.
  7. Partner with Evolent central Strategic Account resources to implement relationship best practices and drive value communication and satisfaction at all levels of the partner organization.
  8. Run regular Partnership review meetings for each client, including relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning, in lead up to scheduled Client Value Meetings.
  9. Manage risks and develop opportunities associated with current clients.
  10. Proactively assess, validate, and prioritize client needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from clients into Evolent’s product roadmap and strategy.
  11. With Operations and Network leadership, monitor issue resolution and ensure appropriate, timely follow-up by Evolent team members; advocating on behalf of the client within Evolent to overcome challenges to partner satisfaction and provide feedback to Evolent to address root causes of satisfaction issues.
  12. Advocate for partner culture, serve as an ambassador within Evolent, and be the go-to expert on client priorities and how to get things done within the health plan organization.
  13. Aggressively manage all aspects of the contracts with assigned clients as well as ensure ongoing contract performance through risk management activities including assurance of Service Level Agreement performance, rate/savings maximization through ongoing benefit analysis, and adherence to requirements of the client’s legal and regulatory environment.
  14. Demonstrate depth of knowledge of all company products.
  15. Mentor account managers providing ongoing feedback and support.
Qualifications – Required
  1. College degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. 3 or more years in client or account management roles.
  3. Exceptionally high “Emotional Intelligence” – able to connect with diverse constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of sensitivity.
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including at the C-level.
  5. Ability to creatively solution in an ever-changing and growing environment.
Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High-speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with the experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
