Pay Rate: $24.50/hr
Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Customer Service Representative:
• Responding to customer issues and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution
• Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs through proactive customer contact
• Monitoring the resolution process and ensuring other departments follow through on requests
• Working with various internal departments and external contacts to meet customers' needs while maintaining quality standards
• Utilizing various tracking systems and tools to manage customer orders and resolve disputes
• Supporting the corporate Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance process as it relates to customer service

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of SAP-R3 or equivalent experience, including order management and invoicing
• Have demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative, beyond call center and/or retail experience
• Have previous knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC)/Requisition to Pay (RTP) process
• Possess excellent phone communications and interpersonal skills with multiple functional groups and external customer contacts
• Have intermediate to high-level Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Have experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint (preferred)
• Are adaptable to new conditions and personnel, and can exhibit competence and maturity to encourage confidence from customers and stakeholders
• Have the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change
• Are skilled in multitasking, project management, and change management
• Can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Possess excellent organization skills and the ability to understand and translate strategic direction into tactics

Educational Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Required: College degree; previous customer service experience, SAP-R3 or equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
