The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and data-driven with excellent communication skills.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this is a fulltime salaried role with benefits based in our Waltham, MA office.

Please note: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa currently. We are not accepting applications or inquiries from recruitment agencies or search firms for this position.

  • Compensation: Oversee the maintenance and periodic review of compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with company goals.
  • Equity Programs: Administer and maintain equity and stock options programs.
  • Employee Recognition: Lead the company's employee recognition program, ensuring a fair and transparent process that highlights achievements across all departments.
  • Data Oversight and Reporting: Manage HR data systems, ensuring accurate and secure data collection, maintenance, and reporting. Develop and generate key HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, including FLSA, ERISA, and other benefits and compensation legislation.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning in the industry.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing HR functions with a focus on compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage and interpret HR data.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel, with experience in report generation and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
