Business Systems Analyst

Kavaliro's client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an onsite position in Lake Mary, Florida.

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role is required
Work experience in Health Care, Insurance, or Pharmacy Benefit Manager is preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills is required
Must be proficient in standard office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Experience using flowcharting tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) is required
Certification in Business Analysis or a related technical area preferred
Experience with analyzing information systems issues for problem resolution is required
Experience with written requirements related to software and information systems projects is required
Experience with creating, analyzing workflow documentation for process improvement purposes is required
Experience in use of standard transactions such as HL7 and/or EDI is required
Understanding of the software development life cycle is required
Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security, and HITECH is preferred
