Account and Data Executive

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team
Alera Group is an independent, national insurance and financial services firm created through the merger of like-minded, high-performing, entrepreneurial firms across the United States.
- Manage and service a designated book of business, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors.
- Oversee renewals, rate and plan design strategies, negotiations, and delivery of non-insurance solutions (e.g., compliance, tech).
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand coverage or improve client offerings.
- Develop, interpret, and present benefit benchmarking studies, plan comparisons, and marketing materials.
- Provide expert analysis of client risk strategies and coverage, ensuring adequate protection and recommending enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in delegating tasks, driving operational efficiency, and fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity in systems like Applied Epic and manage special projects as needed for client accounts.
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience
- Proficient in the use of Windows Software & MS Office Products
- Experience using an Agency Management System (EPIC or otherwise) or ability to train quickly via on the job and online training
