Responsibilities:


The Client Services Manager manages multiple accounts at the Program Level partnering with client hiring managers and internal HR to successfully deliver on Talent Acquisition initiatives. The CSM’s primary responsibility is to work with the client's HR function, managing all aspects of client talent acquisition management: This includes but is not limited to: Customer Experience, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Sourcing Strategies, Vendor Management, Requisition Intake, Offer Management, Reporting, and continued Business Development. The CSM is responsible for managing the MSH brand through Quality, Delivery, and Relationship Building and is responsible for working with clients on further requirements for MSH's premium services.


  • Daily client-facing relationship with hiring managers across the US
  • Provide consultative direction on sourcing and recruitment strategies with delivery team
  • Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
  • Work with Director of Recruiting Ops to properly allocate work across the delivery team
  • Work with both clients and talent to identify employment needs and priorities and provide appropriate workforce solution
  • Monitor and maintain strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and active understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies
  • Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction possible
  • Oversee and manage talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements
  • Meet with onsite\offsite MSH teams on a daily/weekly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with the MSH service levels
  • Consistently exceed client expectations, and facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Effectively deliver MSH operational standards with excellence while using MSH methodology, recruitment tools and selection, and retention of talent and client development activities
  • Work with senior MSH management team for adherence to the contract and SLAs, and to seek out opportunities for improvement
  • Resolve operational challenges that impact the effectiveness of the account
  • Provides onsite consultative support to hiring managers and HR Regional Leads on Talent Acquisition strategies, market intelligence, and training

The Client Services Manager role offers a competitive compensation plan inclusive of base salary and quarterly bonuses based on revenue performance. We also offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and generous paid time off (PTO).

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing client relationships
  • Proven success in developing new process and procedures in a multi-level organization
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
