The Role


As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a vital role in planning and buying across all media channels, but primarily digital. You should be passionate about both media and technology, digitally fluent, understanding the complexities of a fragmented media landscape and how best to deliver success. You and your team will work together to develop and execute outstanding integrated media strategies and programs.

Core Responsibilities


  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including media planning, implementation, and performance analysis (all media, online and offline).
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client campaigns. Build strong, trusted relationships and understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client goals. Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Partner with internal teams including creative, media, technology, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media and technology advertising. Apply insights to enhance client strategies.


As an ideal candidate you will have:


  • Experience working in a similar media buying / planning role or relevant advertising industry experience.
  • An interest and passion in analyzing your campaigns and pushing for the best outcome.
  • Knowledge of all forms of traditional media, a deep expertise in digital media is a plus.
  • Awareness of media trends and a flair for business and commerce.
  • Resourceful and creative, able to recognize good media opportunities and the ability to develop new ideas/concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skills. Persuasive and diplomatic.
  • Ability to work alongside a range of people and as an integral part of a team.
  • Confidence presenting, with good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to make sensible, intelligent decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations.
  • A passionate approach to tasks with a can-do attitude – committed to upholding professional standards while being flexible and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, specifically Excel.
