Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports. Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met. Facilitate customer quotes to achieve margin targets according to PPG pricing strategies. Qualifications High school diploma required Three (3) years' experience with stellar customer service acuity. CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after. Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
