Our client is a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, driving innovation and transformation for enterprises worldwide.


This role requires commute.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public services sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and market expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the senior BDL and other team members to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience in business development, preferably within the public services sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Other: Willingness to travel as required.
