Job Responsibilities:

Manage multiple stakeholders - prioritize business needs and make trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
Work independently and without direct supervision, and navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst uncertainty
Demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal and team skills in order to interface internally and externally with personnel from all levels of the organization, across multiple geographies.


Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5 years of administrative operations management, non-technical project management, direct executive support or corporate event planning experience
Experience dealing with highly confidential information
Experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
