About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative at our Business Services company, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. Your efforts will directly impact our bottom line and help us achieve our goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Biology, Chemistry or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Business Services industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Track and report on sales activities and results, using data to inform decision-making
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends

Skills:

As a Business Development Representative, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, while also leveraging your analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, using CRM software and sales automation tools to track and report on your activities and results. Your ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services will be critical to your success in this role.
