Maison Delano, située au cœur du prestigieux 8ᵉ arrondissement dans un hôtel particulier du XVIIIᵉ siècle, est un hôtel de luxe offrant 56 chambres et suites extraordinaires. Elle abrite leDelano Café, un restaurant franco-méditerranéen vibrant dirigé par le Chef Thierry Marx, ainsi que le Delano Bar, élégant bar à cocktails.
Description du poste
Dans le cadre de ce rôle stratégique, le Cluster Sales and Marketing Director (H/F) couvre Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris et Maison Delano Paris, deux belles propriétés de Katara Hospitality.
Le Cluster Sales and Marketing Director (H/F) assume l’entière responsabilité du leadership et de la gestion des fonctions vente et marketing.
MISSIONS
Planification et stratégie
- Élaborer le budget annuel du plan Marketing en cohérence avec les objectifs de revenu et de positionnement des établissements.
- Déployer des campagnes de relations publiques et publicitaires pour maximiser la visibilité des propriétés.
- Superviser la production rédactionnelle : brochures, flyers, affiches, et offres promotionnelles.
Développement commercial
- Participer à des salons et événements promotionnels pour identifier de nouveaux marchés et clients cibles.
- Représenter les propriétés lors de missions de vente à l’étranger, en collaboration avec le bureau de la marque Raffles et selon les besoins des marchés.
- Être responsable de l’inclusion dans les programmes mondiaux des entreprises (RFP, consortiums), en lien avec les structures tarifaires préférées.
Supervision et suivi des performances
- Contrôler et surveiller le budget et les dépenses du département Vente et Marketing.
- Préparer et analyser des rapports périodiques et mensuels pour les soumettre aux Directions.
- Assurer le suivi des objectifs mensuels de productivité pour les comptes corporates et les responsables des ventes.
- Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires avec le Directeur Revenu pour prévoir les prévisions sur 3 mois.
- Suivre les activités de vente hebdomadaires et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs d’appels de vente individuels.
Gestion des contrats et relations clients
- Négocier, rédiger et finaliser les contrats Tour Opérateur, entreprises et RFP, ainsi que les accords pour les réunions GDS.
- Gérer les contrats annuels des grands comptes, en collaboration avec les décisionnaires et les parties prenantes clés (DG, VP Ventes et Marketing du groupe Raffles).
Collaboration interservices
- Coordonner avec les départements Front Office, Banquets, F&B et Finance pour aligner les initiatives commerciales et marketing.
- Superviser les activités en lien avec les Relations Publiques, incluant la publicité et les communiqués de presse.
Formation et support d’équipe
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation pour les équipes dans les domaines suivants :
- Tour-opérateurs
- Réunions et événements
- Département des ventes
- Accords d’entreprises (locaux et mondiaux)
- Contrats d’agences de voyage
- Superviser les réunions du département des ventes pour garantir la cohérence des objectifs et des initiatives.
Participation à la Direction
- Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires du comité de direction et transmettre les informations pertinentes aux membres des départements concernés.
Qualifications
- Titulaire d’un Diplôme BAC+5 dans une Université prestigieuse ou une Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en marketing.
- Minimum 8 années d’expériences au sein du service des Ventes et Marketing dans l’univers de l’hôtellerie de luxe.
- Solide expertise et analyse des affaires avec également une bonne compréhension des opérations d’un hôtel de luxe.
- Capable de travailler indépendamment.
- Esprit stratégique.
- Faire preuve de leadership afin de garantir l’implication des employés.
- Compétences relationnelles et goût pour l’attention aux détails.
- Aisance à l’oral et anglais bilingue. Il est préférable de pratiquer la langue locale où l’hôtel est présent (par exemple: Français, Mandarin, Arabe…).
- Bonne capacité d’organisation tout en étant capable de fixer, respecter et suivre des deadlines.
- Être capable de budgéter, d’anticiper et de contrôler les dépenses.
