Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Phoenix Staff Inc. as Vice President of Sales. As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and development while leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives and drive sales strategy, leveraging deep SaaS sales experience and knowledge of digital engagement and process automation solutions in healthcare.
  • Establish and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture centered on achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Develop and personally manage high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.
  • Formulate both short- and long-term growth strategies to secure immediate wins and sustainable revenue increases.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within enterprise SaaS sales, a proven track record of surpassing sales goals, and strong skills in communication, organization, and relationship management. A Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) is required.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $240,000 per year, bonuses, and stock options. You will also enjoy comprehensive health coverage and a 401K plan from day one. This is a full-time position based in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid work environment.
