Temporary Office Manager

Are you an organized and efficient professional with a strong background in office administration? Entech Staffing is seeking a temporary Office Manager to provide essential support to our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing and accounts receivable/payable management
Proficient use of QuickBooks
Handling various administrative tasks
Banking and financial transactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or a related field
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Details:
Pay Rate: $25-30/hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
Schedule: We are initially seeking a 3-day workweek (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Depending on the candidate's performance and our needs, we may transition to a 5-day workweek.
