Requirements for the Plant Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering or other technical field
10+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
5 years’ of Plant Management experience.
Raw materials to finished goods manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and experience with its practical application.
Expertise in P&L management, creating budgets, and controlling costs.
Ability to implement and recommend process improvements for manufacturing procedures, processes, and methods.
Strong communication and leadership skills managing direct and indirect reports
Ability to travel up to 5% nationwide as needed.
Compensation for the Plant Manager:
Direct Hire
Salary: $140-165k base + 20% bonus
Monday-Friday 7a-5p (willing to work OT as needed)
