Job Summary:
ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions, ensuring compliance with company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve operational excellence
- Coordinate with upper management to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely receipt of materials
- Administer annual performance reviews and build a succession plan for key roles
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety procedures
- Coordinate with other Corporate departments as needed
- Direct interviewing, staffing, and training for hourly and salary levels
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven supervisory skills and leadership capabilities
- Able to create accountability and lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
- Computer literacy
Benefits:
- $75,000 - $85,000 Annually, depending on experience
- Bonus Eligible
- Full Benefits Package, including 401(k), STD/LTD, Life and AD&D
