Job Summary:

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions, ensuring compliance with company objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve operational excellence
  • Coordinate with upper management to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely receipt of materials
  • Administer annual performance reviews and build a succession plan for key roles
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety procedures
  • Coordinate with other Corporate departments as needed
  • Direct interviewing, staffing, and training for hourly and salary levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven supervisory skills and leadership capabilities
  • Able to create accountability and lead by example
  • Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Computer literacy

Benefits:

  • $75,000 - $85,000 Annually, depending on experience
  • Bonus Eligible
