Position: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12+ months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Range: $40 - 45 /hr



Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for partners and customers.
Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing code-level analysis and solutions
Debug JavaScript code as well as find better solutions to custom code.
Responsible for performing Case triaging based on their priority (P1,P2..)



Required Skills:

Strong JAVA/Javascript experience
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
HTML, XHTML, JSON, CSS
Knowledge of Web stack or web development background will be helpful
SQL - writing and reading queries
Any Ticketing tool experience
Soft skills: Behavioural aspects are important
Should be Adaptive to work in the fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree will be helpful
