By the end of 2025, we are set to open 25 additional campuses, and each begins with a single critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. That’s your domain. This is a curated, concierge‑level engagement designed for HNW and UHNW families— not a transactional process filled with forms and scripted outreach. You will steward the complete admissions cycle for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, ensuring a premium standard of service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying prospects, supporting families as they make their decision, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility. What You Will Be Doing Steward the end‑to‑end admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, care, and precision. Assess inbound inquiries from HNW and UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI‑driven insights. Serve as the central liaison for all parent correspondence, scheduling, and ongoing follow‑up—maintaining a concierge standard irrespective of enrollment outcome. Deploy AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate routine outreach, and minimize manual overhead. What You Won’t Be Doing Operating from scripts or inflexible playbooks—this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal acuity. Becoming mired in bureaucracy—you will not be constrained by layers of internal approval or dependent on others to move forward. Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the family's trusted contact from beginning to end. Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, high‑conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements 3+ years in a client‑facing capacity with documented conversion performance (such as admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic development, or executive talent acquisition). Demonstrated success managing high‑stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy. CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience overseeing multi‑phase engagement cycles from inquiry through completion. Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
