What You Will Be Doing Engaging with K-8 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a limitless mindset Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students move at their own speed, you facilitate exploration Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that equip students for sustained success Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development—assist students in recognizing their strengths and passions Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in any subject Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students 3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship Willingness to work in‑person at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential.
