Alpha students complete core academics in two hours per day through AI‑driven platforms, then dedicate the rest of their time to developing essential real‑world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. Alpha is set to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each campus begins with a critical interaction—the admissions experience. You will be responsible for that experience. Alpha offers a bespoke, premium service for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth families – not a volume‑driven process reliant on templates or scripts. You will manage the complete admissions lifecycle for your families, from initial engagement through transition, providing concierge‑caliber support throughout. Your work includes qualifying prospects, guiding decision‑making, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative burden so your focus remains on trust, relationships, and conversion. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire admissions lifecycle for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision. Evaluate inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI‑generated insights. Serve as the sole point of contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and subsequent follow‑through – ensuring a premium experience at every stage. Utilize AI‑powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate outreach sequences, and minimize administrative overhead. What You Won’t Be Doing Operate from scripts or inflexible procedures – this position demands sound judgment, sophistication, and emotional acuity. Become mired in bureaucratic process – you will not be dependent on multilayered approvals or waiting for others to move forward. Hand off relationship ownership – you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end. Basic Requirements 3+ years in a client‑facing capacity with documented conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Proven history of managing high‑stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi‑phase processes from prospect to close. Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization. Established ability to execute flawlessly on detail‑oriented tasks – documentation accuracy, timely follow‑up, and CRM data integrity. Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship. Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
