Basic Requirements Currently located in or willing to relocate for in‑person work at one of the Alpha campuses: Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to develop, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams Experience working directly with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement Legally authorized to work in the United States About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
