Job Description:

Position Job Title: Field Supervisor

Shift Information (if applicable): Mon – Fri. On-site and Field.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensures, coaches and trains field staff to deliver excellent customer service and upsell at every opportunity in the field
  • Ensures accurate billing of jobs including billed labor hours, material markup, and controls job discounts
  • Maintain a review rating of 4.9 stars. Reviews will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new field team members. 
  • Covering Recall/Warranty work and training all field staff members.
  • Ensure ACE material purchases average a minimum of 30%.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication. (e.g. job updates, end of day calls, customer concerns, leading by example with a positive attitude).
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management
  • Field Supervisor has own tools following the handbook.
  • Driving, acceptance & participation in cooperate initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Multi-trade experience 5+ years
  • Field sales experience 5+ years
  • Demonstrated success delivering first class customer service
  • Field management experience 5+ years
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, team and leadership; keeps others informed and takes appropriate partnerships where necessary.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, handle Conflict Resolution, decision making, and problem-solve.
  • Create a fun, productive work environment.
  • Proficient with basic technology & applications – Service Titan a plus.
  • Have current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs (at least 15 ft.).
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
  • Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
  • Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability.
