Job Overview:We are seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at Construction Management Inc. The salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. We have multiple projects launching in various regions and require dedicated professionals to oversee the construction of our exceptional hotel facilities. A valid Driver's License is mandatory, and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in construction is preferred.

Job Purpose:
Ensure the timely completion of hotel construction projects by effectively planning, organizing, and managing operations; performing accurate project take-offs; soliciting bids for work scopes; conducting quality inspections; and supervising subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee subcontractors by identifying, assessing, and selecting them; monitoring and managing their performance.
  • Adhere to established company protocols and procedures.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing standards and procedures; ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Evaluate subcontractor work through inspections at critical stages of the project.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Project Manager to keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for all facets of the project and demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving issues as they arise.
