Strong oral and written communication abilities are essential for negotiating, problem-solving, and presenting to customers and employees. Exceptional organizational skills are key to effectively managing time and responsibilities, while proficiency in trade math and basic computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary.You should be adept at problem-solving and making sound business decisions, with previous experience in supervision and budgeting being advantageous. A valid class D driver's license, as well as familiarity with the food and beverage industry, are also beneficial for success in this dynamic role.
