What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As our Corporate Recruiter, you will sell and promote career opportunities as well as our award-winning company culture. You’ll develop strong partnerships through top - notch customer service with hiring managers as you determine recruiting needs and deploy strategies that bring A-Players to our team.



You’ll join a collaborative , employee-focused team where you can expand your skill set by identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting and the candidate experience. You’ll grow both breadth and depth of recruiting knowledge through engag ing with qualified candidates , interview coordination and through onboarding. Grow your human resources acumen and network as you help facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience for all new hires

Skills you may have to make you a success

Bachelor’s degree in psychology , b usiness, m anagement or c ommunications, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of full life cycle recruiting preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Customer service skills and relationship building abilities
