We are looking for a positive energetic Recruiter to join our amazing team. This role of far from one-dimensional and requires a broad knowledge of active recruiting techniques, we are looking for a hunter. In this role you will also undertake a wide range of administrative tasks for the HR department.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Take the lead in talent acquisition/ recruiting
  • Recruiting for passive candidates (hunting) w/ a focus on sales talent
  • Succession plan recruiting

May support the HR dept administratively in a variety of tasks such as:

  • Assist in employee onboarding
  • Assist in benefit administration
  • Assist in organizing employee performance reviews
  • Filing, maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Documenting human resource processes and procedures
  • Creating professional forms, training manuals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in active recruiting, with experience in finding top sales professionals
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to create professional forms, training manuals, document process and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
