Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada This position will recruit and fill temporary, contract, and permanent positions focusing on light industrial, construction, and hospitality sectors.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment with established targets and timelines.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and be proactive for our current as well as future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with internal & client teams; fulfill staffing requests & job order requirements.
  • Consolidate and submit weekly reporting including recruitment metrics, candidate status updates, and timesheet management for hourly employees.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources by supporting projects and initiatives.

What we need from you

  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a staffing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and nurture strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage high volume and multiple priorities.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and adeptness in navigating sourcing tools such as ATS and job boards.
