This role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on scheduling interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and delivering outstanding service to both applicants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and respect.
  • Support the recruitment team by performing tailored screenings of applicants, evaluating qualifications, and assessing interest levels.
  • Welcome candidates at the designated center, assisting them through the application process using available resources.
  • Monitor candidate interviews and keep comprehensive records in the system to track progress and interactions.
  • Oversee the HR Email Inbox, ensuring timely posting of job vacancies and responding promptly to internal requests.
  • Conduct compliance audits related to drug testing and background checks.
  • Manage incoming calls to the HR line, providing necessary information and assistance to candidates and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews, hiring processes, and employee documentation.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment fairs and career events to attract potential talent.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment initiatives and services for supervisors, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to gaming registration laws and facilitate the issuance of work permits as required.
  • Input data into the applicant tracking system (Workday) and manage document processing tasks such as printing, filing, archiving, scanning, and shredding.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and department leaders to arrange candidate interviews and support effective onboarding processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective time management abilities, capable of consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits systems is preferred.
  • Strong record-keeping skills.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
