Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Higher Education Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-based recruiting solutions to universities and colleges across the country. You will engage with key decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate the value of our products in transforming their recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the higher education sector through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with university administrators, admissions offices, and HR departments to understand their recruitment challenges and demonstrate how our AI tools can address these needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our AI-based recruiting solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment goals and challenges.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns that resonate with higher education institutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Customer Support and Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, providing feedback and insights to improve our offerings.
  • Detailed Sales Tracking: Track all sales activities in Hubspot making activity and results transparent to the organization.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the higher education sector or technology sales.
  • Proven data-driven track record of meeting or exceeding sales activities and targets.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.


What We Offer:
