Insight Global is looking to hire an entry-level Junior Program Analyst to provide administrative support for various working groups on a government contract supporting a consulting client, located in Washington, DC in a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be able to develop agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.


Day to Day:

• Support the creation of meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track / follow up on action items.

• Support updates to presentation slide decks in MS PowerPoint.

• Provide administrative support to various Investment Governance Services (IGS) Boards and Working Groups.

• Develop reports, presentations, and coordinate presenters in support of governance boards.

• Communicate updates from boards and working groups back to architecture team and stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing.

• Produce monthly consolidated status reports encompassing all meetings supported and deliverables produced.

• Provide strategic planning support by assisting in defining and identifying strategic goals, objectives, and milestones.

  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client

Must Haves:

  • Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
  • A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products, especially Teams & Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter
  • Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills, strong focus on quality
  • Bachelor’s degree
