The Wilner group has partnered with our client, a family-owned and operated ramp manufacturing and installation company that has a passion for helping those in need, in the search for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. In this role, you will have a wide array of HR-related responsibilities, strongly emphasizing recruiting. Based out of Valley Cottage, NY, this is an on-site position, with a compensation of $100K – $150K based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, candidate selection, and the onboarding process.
- Managing a company’s candidate evaluation process.
- Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
- Accessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs Accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years in Human Resources.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit successfully using all major recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening and effectively verbalizing ideas.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel).
