TekStream has multiple openings for Help Desk Analysts with experience providing technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment. Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 pm ET.


What we’re looking for… 3+ years of help desk support for large company. Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android). Excellent presentation and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to take part in a growing award-winning team


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for Windows and Mac laptops
  • Support iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot monitors, printers, and other technology equipment


Qualifications: Applicants must have 3+ years of help desk support experience for a large company.


Required Skills:


  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac
  • Experience with mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Must be local to Atlanta and being onsite Monday through Friday
