Senior Account Manager What You'll Do: Drive revenue growth with existing and target customers Produce new opportunity pipeline each week to meet quarterly and annual quota targets Collaborate on account strategy and manage sales cycle for new and repeat sales Deliver and report accurate forecasts of your business. Gather market information on customer's activities, projects, and sales forecasts Be knowledgeable on products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers' needs Interact and engage with customers to understand their needs, translate customer challenges and opportunities into values to a suitable solution Achieve results and exceed targets What You'll Need: Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in a semiconductor industry with a bachelor's degree Demonstrated closing and negotiation skills Relevant experience in large account sales A strong team leader, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, qualitative and deduction skills. Able to speak English and Korean Salary and Benefits We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $135,000 to $175,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and location.
