We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible to build and sustain seamless and professional service to meet and exceed customer's expectations by creating strategic relationships between customer and company.

The Opportunity
  • Customer facing - maintains strategic key customer business and relationship with TGF
  • Helps to develop new business strategies, review market analysis and develop new and improved methods for selling Toll products.
  • Provides input to management to respond to changing market conditions, to improve internal efficiency and maximize results.
  • Develops marketing tools such as rate and tariff books.
  • Performs maintenance of accounts to establish and maintain KPI standards.
  • Assists in overseas campaigns and overseas visitors' requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years' related experience in the global freight transportation service industry
  • Windows Operating System
  • MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills


Salary $70 000 to $90 000 per year
