The Opportunity:

As the Head of Business Development you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be Employee #4. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in the agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Director and VP+ level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience (in life sciences, tech, or finance)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies; can provide billing history
  • Focused and goal-oriented
