Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager (m/f/d) to lead and manage the marketing and communications efforts for our subsidiaries in North America. The role involves developing a cohesive marketing strategy, planning and implementing marketing measures, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organization. This position plays a key role in unifying and modernizing the company's marketing and communications approach.


Position: Marketing and Communications Manager (m/f/d)


Location: Buffalo, USA / Hamilton, Canada


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the North American subsidiaries.


- Manage the day-to-day marketing operations, including coordinating marketing activities, content planning and creation (text, photo, video), and overseeing social media and online marketing.


- Conceptualize, plan, and execute B2B marketing activities in alignment with business units.


- Oversee the development and maintenance of social media accounts and online presence, including performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.


- Organize and support the company’s participation in trade shows and events, both domestically and internationally, with on-site involvement.


- Lead press and public relations activities, including drafting press releases, industry articles, and blog posts.


- Drive the daily operations and management of marketing and communications, including budgeting and project management.


- Ensure a smooth workflow and proactively solve problems related to the daily business.


- Hands-on approach: Actively participate in the creation of marketing materials and drive improvements in daily operations.


Requirements:


- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


- Experience in B2B marketing, digital content creation, and event management.


- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.


- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently.


- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
