Role Overview:


This is a dynamic, 100% commission-based opportunity for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join the Social Sales Lab team. In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong presence in the Orlando area.


Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Generation:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Leverage provided warm leads to initiate contact and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Social Sales Lab.
  • Professionally negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Actively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful onboarding.


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.


Communication & Collaboration:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director of Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, Founders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback and market insights to the product and marketing teams.


Professional Development:

  • Continuously develop and refine sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales and digital marketing.
  • Leverage available resources and training programs to enhance professional growth.


Qualifications:


  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Relationship Building Prowess: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a significant plus.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-driven with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • High School Diploma
