Our solutions include AI-powered microscope systems, laboratory services, and consultations to provide accurate and timely analysis of mold samples.

Role Description
This is an early startup hire, for a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director at MARVIN Labs. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving business development. You will also collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role is primarily located in San Francisco, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Must have a proven track record in enterprise and technical sales.
  • Must have expertise with sales and marketing automation software.
  • Must have business development skills, able to work with customers to build use case and financial model for high value sales.
  • Must have experience in managing a sales team.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Nice to have experience in the environmental monitoring industry.
  • Nice to have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior startup experience is good to have.
