We are looking for a qualified RN Night Supervisor to lead our Johnson Center Nursing team. The RN Night Supervisor is responsible for the management and leadership of our Nursing Unit- Night Shift. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a Registered Nurse and can handle stressful situations. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

*What you need:*
* Current Virginia/Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
* Experience in Long Term Care required
* Clinical and supervisory experience within a CCRC, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing/Rehab, or Nursing Home facility
* Knowledge of Nursing and Assisted Living regulations in Virginia
* Proficient with use of MS Office computer programs
* Able to consistently demonstrate compassion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Must possess exceptional organizational, customer service, and time management skills
* Understanding of practices, procedures, laws, and regulations that pertain to a senior living community
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Ability to motivate, foster relationships, and promote a high functioning team.
* Possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with families, residents, and staff

*Schedule: *
* Monday to Friday: 11:00pm – 7:00am shift

*Hourly range:*
* $43.00 - $45.00
