Cornerstone is a local to Reno, NV, wealth management branch of Prime Capital Financial. Our goal is to help our clients achieve and maintain financial freedom. Prime Capital Financial provides a client-centric team approach to full-service financial planning, including fee-based asset management and wealth management through its Prime Capital Wealth brand. Through its Prime Capital Retirement and Prime Capital Wellness brands, the firm also provides retirement plan advisory services, as well as plan participant education. Prime Capital Financial currently has 50+ locations throughout the United States, with over 190+ investment advisor representatives and 200+ associates serving clients across the nation. Advisory products and services offered by Investment Adviser Representatives through Prime Capital Investment Advisors, LLC (“PCIA”), a federally registered investment adviser. Objectives: The CSS plays an important role in serving our clients and successfully processing accounts under the direction of the Financial Advisor and according to business needs. Administrative Assistants work independently to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence.

· An ability to quickly form and maintain a positive, productive relationship with advisors and their clients

· Strong technology skills

· An ability to learn the financial services industry and understand the objectives for the position

· Tremendous written and oral communication skills

· Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change in the financial services industry

· Superior attention to detail and follow through; accuracy is extremely important

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to successfully multitask and manage priorities effectively

· High standard of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and integrity

· Willingness to be proactive


There are several key areas where Administrative Assistants must demonstrate professional proficiency:

  • Financial industry terminology and account types
  • Client communication through phone and email
  • Salesforce data entry and management (preferred)
  • DocuSign technologies
  • Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
  • Policy and procedures, including FINRA guidelines
  • Google Suite and calendar management
  • Pre-appointment preparation for Financial Advisor
  • Post-appointment follow-up/processing
  • Proactive client service updates


Education/Experience

· High school Diploma required

· Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience

· · Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry experience preferred

· Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe skills required

· Successful completion of industry-standard background screening required

· Former experience working with various custodians, Orion, Salesforce, and DocuSign is a plus
