Key Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Specialist:

  • Engage with clients in the designated area using leads provided by our partners.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations on behalf of our clients.
  • Establish rapport with customers to enhance brand recognition.
  • Acquire knowledge of essential systems and best practices for success.

Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer-centric role, such as hospitality, retail, or service industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient.
  • Strong motivation to progress within the company.
  • Highly dependable and reliable.
