Bittele Electronics is a well-established and growing electronics company. We take pride in being one of the leading electronics manufacturers in Ontario, Canada. We serve customers worldwide but mainly in USA and Canada. With production facility in China and Canada, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in low volume Turn-key PCB assembly in the EMS industry.


Currently, we are seeking an experienced Business Development/Technical Sales Representatives in Boston area to help the organization meet and exceed our annual sales targets. This position reports to Business Development Director. Compensation package is base salary plus commission and is flexible depending on qualifications and experience.


Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients through in-person visits and virtual meetings. Some travel required.
  • Identify and solicit new potential clients and lead them through the entire sales process, from initial introduction through order execution.
  • Development of sales forecasts for key clients and communicate internally to help achieve production planning and client retention objectives.
  • Assess clients' needs, recommend, or assist in the selection of appropriate products and/or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Assist in the development and execution of vertical market and other sales strategies to facilitate sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records.
  • Deeply understand and continuously learn PCB assembly knowledge and our business flowcharts, like quoting process, assembly process, supply chain process so as to provide the consultative selling of best solutions to clients.
  • Develop, implement, and report on sales metrics and course correction strategies (when required) to achieve business goals.
  • Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends.
  • Complete other tasks assigned.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business with track record of selling B2B technical products; or
  • Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program
  • Knowledge of schematics and PCB design (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with a technical mindset.
  • Strong skills with ERP software, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Publisher would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
